Pro Cyclists such as Lance Armstrong, Mario Cipollini, and Jan
Ulrich have been known to spend their winters training in San Diego to
take advantage of the ideal weather and the excellent terrain. Phonak rider Floyd Landis lives in Northern San Diego County
and is frequently spotted riding up Palomar Mountain during the off
season.
